I just updates a client to all the latest versions and OE 8.1C is giving me trouble. When I go in as user name or SYS I get an error: unable to open data file OE order detail, (1213). Other workstations can go in with user name and SYS but a couple of workstations cannot. What to do?

This sounds like a problem that was resolved earlier by installing the SysUpdater.exe located at the bottom of the Service Packs page of our website.

Please also download and read the SysUpdater.pdf document (the link is immediately to the right of the updater download). It contains important information about things you'll need to check for and step you'll need to follow.

Thanks, I worked through the SysUpdater.pdf file's suggestions and by installing SysUpdater and reconverting OE data the detail lines reappeared in the open orders. The files permissions were released for everyong. Thanks
