Getting a message on a workstation trying to access Adagio
"Windows was unable to save all the data for the file -----(path name). The data has been lost. This error may be caused by a failure of your computer hardware or network connections. Please try to save this file elsewhere"

There are no issues with accessing other non Adagio products on the server.

Please run CHKSYS.EXE from the Help menu (if you are running current Adagio), or from \SOFTRAK\SYSTEM if not) and make sure that you have correct permissions to the areas Adagio needs.

If this has just started occuring on a machine that was running Adagio happily before, perhaps there is a hardware or network connection problem. They do happen.

yes it has just started happening. The workstation is connected to the server and can access other drives on the server.
What type of hardware problem would cause this?
We are also getting the identical message on another machine, however this one is able to access Adagio.

Any of many items. Time to call your network / hardware support guy.
