Hi, is there a way to export archived batches from the GL. We are setting up a new company and have to set up everything exactly as in the old company.

What version of GL are you using?

If you're using Ledger 9.0A(080704), you are able to select File | Export | Batches from the main menu. When you're ready and click on the Export button, you will want to specify that it is an Archived batch you want to export and select the appropriate batch from the Starting and Ending Finder fields.

Hi, we are using Ledger 9.0A(080402) I just looked under downloads and the lastest GL service pack seems to be the one we have installed. Am I missing out on something? There is import batches - just not export batches.

The version you require is a hotfix which we only notify dealers of as it is designed to fix a particular issue(s) reported by a specific user(s) only. It doesn't go through as intense testing as do our regular upgrades and service packs.

Contact your dealer, I'm sure they will make it available to you.
