Both field selections are for Qty O/H not 1, 2, 3,....

Why would one table show 7,500 and the other show 0.

When I view the data in GV, it also shows as 0, but values do appear in other qty o/h fields - like the 7,500 shows in qty o/h 5 as seen here... http://clip2net.com/page/m0/512702.

In the IC item valuation report, the total equals 7,500 as seen here....http://clip2net.com/page/m0/512704.

How can I reliably obtain my inventory levels in gridview? Which field is correct, or is it the total of quantity o/h 1+2+3+4+5?

The O/H 1-5 are costing Lots and a total of these will give the true QOH. The Qty O/H in the file you are looking at always equals Qty O/H 1. I understand this goes back to Accpac. Remember this is inventory by costing lots, not by locations. Location inventory comes from a different file.
