Monique sent me her database, and there had been an improper sequence of restores (files were not deleted when a backup was restored), so the conversion was 1/2 done.

You should be able to correct the problem by carefully following Lars' instructions and restoring from the backup you made just prior to starting the conversion.

Or, if you are sure that there is another problem, then e-mail me a backup of your general ledger and I'll see if we can re-create the problem here.
