Hi Steve:

I did my screen capture right from the "Bill To/Ship To" tab on the Order entry screen. I did not use Invoice preview.

But after your posting I tried your approach and got the same results as you. Strange that it works better on a data entry form than on a report preview.

Hi Bruce

OK, now I can get it to work, using the data entry screen. Better than nothing, although I don't have as much control over the layout.

Thanks so much for your help.

Steve

Hello Steve,

Not sure that this will be any help from the overall efficiency perspective but Cutting & Pasting from a PDF version of an Order Confirmation onto a Word Document does work and may give you more control over the layout.
