We have several times and we have also asked for a phone call and we have not received one. He looped in Terry from Softrak who suggested to John that he reach out to a Chris McDonell (not sure where from), which our IT Manager replied as follows:

Good Morning All,

We are finding it very frustrating here that no one is willing to call us or give us a number to contact. We would like some more information as to what may have happened and how to prevent this from happening again including having backups by the software happening more often (daily). Can you someone please reach out to us by phone as soon as possible.
