This is a tough one.
As Doug suggested, this workstation does not have a full install.
As well, the Windows Properties are the same as the other computers.

We uninstalled all the Softrak programs, renamed the Softrak folder, rebooted the computer and then performed a WKSETUP.

The install appeared to go well with no error messages.
But we still cannot startup GL of AR.
The same message I listed above is displayed.

Where would these phantom/hidden S/N & Install codes be?
Any ideas what to do next, or how to force the GL to startup properly from the server?
