Thanks for input but still a no go. I did a complete uninstall of Adagio on said workstation. Did both the common update and workstation update and ran chksys twice as you had mentioned and the program will not load. By load I mean the install works OK and the program initializes but it never gets to the logon screen. In the taskbar it mentions "Checking Workstation Install" and then the install starts all over again.

I cheated and copied over another C:\Softrak folder from another workstation just to test and nothing changed there as well.

I uninstalled Crystal Runtime V25 thinking that could be the culprit and did a reinstall and still the same issue.

Not sure if you can recommend anything else to try.
