Export/Import is not practical for one-off changes.

Ctrl-F would work although it requires a nested search, which isn't ideal. And it would require multiple second searches, one on item and one on category.

To repeat my question above "Until that happens, Is there a better way to tell whether a special item exists other than trial and error, or scrolling?"
