I can read the support forum for questions but have no other access yet for today.
How is your email configured to be sent (MAPI / Direct / Outlook)? Maybe try choosing a different way to see if this makes a difference.
What does the Test Email do from the Email Setup?
Did you recently install anything new for Adagio? The current SSIMAIL.DLL version is 2.2.0.3 as per the Help / About / System Info.
I have not found any known reports of that error message. If emailing was working correctly one day and then failed the next, with no changes to Adagio, then the email configuration likely needs some attention.
