This just started happening to me yesterday, my co-worker has had it happen for the past few weeks.
I am trying to add a new account. I open the Ledger, open edit accounts (either Edit/ Accounts or the Maintain button - it happens either way), when I select "New" no new window pops up and the GL freezes. I can't close or open anything. To close it, I have to go through Task Manager and end task.
The same thing happens when I try to view the details of an account in "View".
My co-worker has a similar issue in AR. He is not able to view a customer's details from the Customer window... no new window pops up and AR freezes. It does not happen to me - I can edit / view customers without any problem.
Has anyone else experienced this? Suggestions?
