For future consideration to Adagio Consultants and end users, please do not consider announcing any type of complex upgrades prior to a natural year end such as December 31. There are still a large number of businesses that have December 31 year ends.

While you might think that it is nice to show that you are delivering upgrades to your Softrak solution, no one should consider installing this module within several weeks of their year end unless Softrak is planning to be in your offices (which you are not) and available to support the product in the days preceding Year End inventory counts, in the event that something doesn't work exactly as planned.

Even though there is fairly strong wording to get help to do this install, you are not benefiting anyone who might think that you are recommending that they install this module upgrade when the upgrade is announced.
