What's the version of the modules they are running? Do they have any pre-v9.2A modules installed?

Those are all files used by the older reporting model which changed for all v9.2A and higher modules.

If you/they don't need to print in any of the older modules still installed, the errors can be ignored. Or, if you do need to print, you could install the newest of their pre-v9.2A modules which should put them back. You'd want to copy the Windows\Crystal\p2irssi.cfg file from their old server to the new after.
