Which Adagio program are you using when this error occurs? What version?

The only time this particular error was found was in Payables in Jan 2018, where attaching a PDF and then immediately removing it gave this error when closing the Maintain Documents screen. This error was soon fixed with an updated version of the ADFiler.DLL system file.

If your scenario happens frequently but a server reboot solves the problem (for a while), that is a different situation than the only one we have seen before. And I would venture to say that something in your network environment is getting in the way, if rebooting solves it, even if only for a short time. I don't have a specific known cause for this error message with a known solution.
