Hi Karin,
-is it happening on all workstations?
-was there a workstation installation done?
1-try rebooting the computer
2-if that does work, you can reinstall the pdf using \softrak\system\AdagioPDF\ReinstallAdagioPDFxXX.bat (pick 32 or 64 depending on your computer OS)
