I stand by my analysis.

Adagio's data layer (ADS) records the currently active dictionary for an application when it is opened by the application. This information is stored in ADSPROF.dat and read when GridView is launched so that only relevant modules and versions are displayed to report on.

If an application has not been opened and ADS has not had a chance to record this information, then it will not be displayed by GridView to report on, unless the "/a" parameter is added to the GridView command line. Copying in an incorrect version of ADSPROF.dat will also result in an incorrect display.
