What happens if you put a copy of their data on your system? Do you get the same results?

If you drill down to her temp folder when she's Previewing a report, when you close the report are the temp files deleted?

Both of the releases they're using are old and have been superceded by subsequent SPs. In the case of AP, it's been superceded by an entirely new version.
