We ran into Webroot last summer and found that it didn't have the capability to exclude Adagio (a requirement for any AV). Not sure if this was just a version issue or all releases of Webroot but you want to get this checked.

Symantec: We use and recommend Symantec End Point AV. We have never experienced a problem but I do no some struggle with getting it set up properly and when its not set up properly it doesn't work properly (the same thing can be said about all AV solutions but for some reason the software always get the blame).
