Apparently this has never been resolved, a fact I find rather odd as this must impact every other accounting software developer as well so one would think that a solution exists. Not only is this an issue with French Canada but it is also an issue (in random testing) with every Regional Setting that uses a comma rather than a decimal to separate dollars and cents (or whatever the foreign currency is called).

What settings are Quebec users using if they want to use a French keyboard and not have this problem?
