We are using AR 9.0C.

We must export notes (which are quite voluminous) and found that if we export from AR directly, the notes stop exporting after a customer in the "B" section of the alphabet. Not sure why the stoppage, but it is the same for each export we try. If we then try the export again, starting with the next customer AFTER that one, it will only export notes one customer at a time. I've not run into anything like this before.

We also tried using GridView to export this large list of notes, but GridView only gives approx 20 characters for each column, and then stops. It seems to be more complete than an export from AR directly in that it exports all customers and all notes, is there any way to make the length of the column longer in the GridView export?

Some notes can be quite detailed, it would be nice to have them complete, rather than simply the first 20 characters. Possible?
