Adagio PO 8.1C (130913)

I am getting DIC errors as follows:

Receipt 12345 has vendor ABC that does not have a total record on line 1

Receipt 54321 is missing all vendor total records

I have run DIC and rebuild with no success. Should I be trying to fix these errors manually? If so, how?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
