We are using Sales CQ 8.1B, and have encountered an error, which reads: "Error 4105 occurred when attempting to append record to A/C Callback Dates."
We are surmising the we have hit the maximum callback dates allowed. Can you advise if there is a maximum callback dates for this module?
We have about 4-5 thousand callbacks currently set up. A great number of those are DEAD leads, but we like to keep them in our system, as the company that passes them on to us requires information back sometimes...as in: "this customer called us, we passed the lead to you, and now the customer is saying you never called them". We can with confidence tell them that we called on such and such a date, etc. So there is reason to leave the dead leads there.
