Aaah, semantics - "support" is a slippery term. We "support" developers in helping them develop integrated interfaces to Adagio, and introducing their solutions to our Adagio clients and consultants.

However, we are not in a position to learn all the details about the operation of their modules, and look to them to answer specific questions raised.

When a question about one of their proucts is posted here, we let both the developer and consultant know that an issue has been raised. That's about the limit we can offer, but sometimes it's all that's needed.
