This error is occuring more often. I don't believe its restricted to any specific module or version though AR seems to be common to all occurances and updating an outdated ModRP seems to be the most common solution.

The my most recent case (today and as yet unresolved) there has been no updates to anything for over a year except the replacement of the workstation that is having this problem (and only the new workstation is having this problem). Apparently no report can be printed from any module. We were not called in to setup this workstation so we are waiting to get our hands on it. I'll post an update when known.

NCC & Warren: Look for and move to a temporary location the following ModRP folders x:\softrak\crwin\modrp and x:\softrak\receivables\modrp. If this solves your problem then start looking at the contents of the ModRP folders for an out of date report. If this doesn't solve the problem then it's an installation issue (module or workstation setup is something that can only be determined hands on by comparing actual installed files to what should be installed).
