You really should contact your Adagio consultant and get them involved. There really isn't enough information here to effectively troubleshoot this problem on a forum. Your Adagio consultant will be more familiar with your particular environment, AJ set up and the payroll program you are using.
Please ensure that you run Data Integrity on your AJ data as well and that there are no errors. You should do a back up first just in case it reports any errors and you need to select the Rebuild button.
