All these setting may have cause caching and locking of files but they were not the cause of our client issue. It is a glitch in Ledger 9.0C that is locking the GLMAST files. The information is updated but not read by the next action. You have to exit the program to release the files and be able to read the updated information.

According to the release nots of Ledger 9.0D this problem may have been fixed.
