When you next run the report, take note of one of the customers that shows on the report and the exact spelling/case of the Report Group they belong to.

Next, look at one of the customers you feel should be showing on the same report. Does the spelling/case of this customer's Report Group match that of the other customers?

If you want to ensure that Report Groups are always entered in the same manner (spelling/case), turn on the 'Verify Report Groups' option in the Company Profile, System Options tab.
