What is the file date of the ALFinRep.EXE file, found in the \softrak\alwin directory? The new Financial Reporter program should have a file date of May 15, 2002. If your file is from 2001, then it was not overwritten during the installation of the upgrade. I would suggest try rebooting your machine first (to clear everything out of memory), then try installing the upgrade again. It's possible the Financial Reporter was not completely shut down at the time of the installation.
