Same problem. Cannot print Trial Balance. Batch Status Report prints okay.
QRTALW90.QRW is 5/13/09 both in \softrak\system\qrasp\al and in \qrasp & QRTALZ90.QRW is 7/7/09 in both places.
Installed System updater - no change.

Will try Steve's solution.
