Hi Laura:

To add one thing to Support's comments, that path looks perfectly correct .. if Adagio is installed on your own PC. In other words, if you are using Adagio through a local area network, we would expect to see a letter other than C: (i.e. F: or G:).

If you aren't certain, check the icons for the other modules that do work and change the drive letter on the GV icon to match those.

After some thought, I think I know what happened: The instruction "C:\Softrak\GVWIN\GVWIN.exe /c /a" provided by Support was an example. It was the "/c /a" part that they suggested be added to whatever the existing path was. If you replace C: with the same drive letter from the other icons, you will be back in business.
