We haven't been able to duplicate this issue. We've tested changing vendors on invoice/adjustments and not created any data integrity errors as a result. Something else must have occurred on your system.

As the error cannot be rebuilt, you would require a database repair to get rid of the error. You can choose to ignore the error; however, we cannot guarantee it won't create other problems down the road.
