What version of GL are you using?

If you're using Ledger 9.0A(080704), you are able to select File | Export | Batches from the main menu. When you're ready and click on the Export button, you will want to specify that it is an Archived batch you want to export and select the appropriate batch from the Starting and Ending Finder fields.
