Sorry, I have been totally mis-reading department information presented. Now I understand.

Follow up question. In DOS Accpac we could specify department ranges ((blank) through 399). In Adagio, we can specify a mask of (blank) or 1?? or 2?? or 3?? but how do I consolidate report 1??-3??.

The reason is I have multiple related set of departments within the ledger such as (blank) through 300's then 400 through 700's and the 800's.
