The setting of the report tables drive only needs to be set once for all Adagio (not once for each program), and it is stored for each person in the Windows registry. Now that AP is fixed up, is GL now working?

From your workstation, run the utility CHKSYS.EXE which can be found in the \softrak\system directory. It will indicate which report tables can be found (based on the tables drive) and will indicate which were not found or are an incorrect version.

If this shows errors, then this indicates the required tables do not match those found in the \softrak\system\qrasp area (used for comparison).

If this checks out OK, then there are other problems that likely would require reinstalling Ledger.

Service packs and Upgrades are different in their version and that upgrades require a serial number. Upgrades install all components and service packs install only required new components.
