OK, try installing Adagio Ledger 90A again to a different location on their Windows ME workstation, such as C:\test\softrak\ledger. If you cannot load Adagio Ledger 90A from this new install location, the problem is Windows ME. The client would need to get a Windows upgrade or a new workstation.

If this test install location does work in loading the Financial Reporter, then something is wrong in the live install location. Because uninstalling and re-installing didn't fix the problem, you will not only need to uninstall all Adagio programs but also rename the /softrak directory before re-installing.
