For Adagio Accounting products


To get support from Softrak, whether you are an end user, consultant or dealer, you must have installed the most recent revision (Service Pack) for the version of the product you are using and the version must be a supported version. Please visit End User Service Packs to see if there is a more recent revision of the version you are using. To determine the version and revision of your installed Adagio product, start the product and select About from the Help menu. The revision is the eight digit number in parentheses after the version.

If an end user does not have the most recent revision for the version of the product, they should contact their dealer or consultant or ask Softrak Customer Service to recommend an authorized dealer or consultant. The dealer or consultant can provide a Service Pack for the most recent revision and ensure that there will not be any compatibility or other install issues. While the Service Pack is free from Softrak, the dealer may charge for their time and expertise. End users on a current Support & Upgrades plan for the product in question can contact Softrak Tech Support for assistance in installing the Service Pack.

There is no limit to how long a Softrak product can be used after it has been licensed. Dealers, consultants, and end users can search the Softrak Discussion Forum or PlusCommunity for answers to their support questions regarding versions that are no longer supported or for discontinued Softrak products.


Adagio products:


Adagio versions 9.2A and higher are currently supported. Generally, versions released in the last 5 years are supported. Support is available to Softrak Partners to assist Adagio Clients to upgrade from unsupported versions.
