Adagio DocStore 9.3A

· When DocStore is installed as an upgrade at a site using Adagio ePrint, the DocStore option now automatically enabled.

· The Process SoftPDF function attached a Purchase Order document to Adagio Payables manual check batch documents when it should not have in some cases.

· The Process SoftPDF function now displays a ’Completed’ message.

· The Archive Year menu was missing in the initial release of DocStore.

· Attached PDF documents in the DocStore viewer or when viewed in Receivables/Payables are now sorted by Customer/Vendor, Date, Doc Type, and Doc Number.

· The Extract and Watermark functions in the SoftPDF Viewer put an image with “nostice” on the resulting PDFs.

· When there are a lot of PDF documents in DocStore, it can take a while to load the catalog for the DocStore Viewer. If you clicked Close before the catalog was completely loaded, it didn't halt loading immediately. And if you clicked Close a second time, there was an Access Violation error. This now prevented.

· An ‘Application Integrity Check’ phase was added to DataCare. Existing DataCare jobs need to be edited to enable the 'Application Integrity Check' for the ‘Adagio Common Files / DocStore’ application.

· The Data Integrity Check for DocStore (including DataCare) creates the log file SDAFELOG.dat (where .dat is your company data file extension) containing details of the integrity check of transaction and other files with links to documents in DocStore for Adagio modules that support DocStore. Details of document link errors are written to this log, including the master file account number (Customer, Vendor, etc.) and the Document Number. The log is a text file and can be opened with Notepad or any text editor.

· There was an error in Adagio programs that created a PDF document when the Vendor or Customer Number contains asterisks. Any asterisks are now replaced by an underscore character when folders are created.

· The Maintain Documents function now prevents you from using Windows reserved characters when renaming a document, which broke the link to the document.
