Database repairs are subject to a minimum $500 charge to repair, and no work will be started until a confirming email
describing the issue, module and version to be repaired, along with the client name is received at datarepair@softrak.com.

Once the file has been uploaded you will be taken to a confirmation page indicating that the file upload has completed successfully.
Please be patient and allow for plenty of time for the upload; this may take some time, depending on the size of the file.

On some browsers, you may see a progress bar go to completion and then a long delay before the confirmation page is displayed.
If you close the browser window before the confirmation page is displayed your file will NOT be uploaded.
