Currently my PO document list is sorted by the "Document" column. Our po #'s naming convention has been changed and now the orders from rpevious years are showing at the top of the list. Is it possible to display my purchase orders sorted by the "Order Date" column instead?

There isn't a built-in index to sort Purchase Orders or other transactions by Date. But you could create a Filter that lists all POs but has the grid sort by Order Date or any other field(s) of your choice.

From the Edit menu, choose Document Filters. And create a filter that has a criteria that will select everthing - such as PO number greater than blank. At the bottom, choose the sort field(s), and right-click to sort either ascending or descending.
