I am trying to import specific discount amounts into A B C D E on the Pricing Tab. When doing so I receive an error message saying that Discount Amount must be 0 if going by Customer Type.

Does anyone know why I cannot import specific amounts into these fields if by Customer Type?

On the Price tab there are three other questions. Depending upon how they are answered, what you see as a Discount Amount may actually be something else altogether.

This is a question that would be really easy to answer if I had you actual database and import file but very difficult to answer without.

I suggest you contact your Adagio Consultant for assistance.

If I am correct in understanding the Three Other Questions being Pricing Based On, Discount On Price By, Pricing Determined By; these are setup under Field Default in my import as follows:
Pricing Based On: Discount
Discount on Price By: Amount
Pricing Determined By: Customer Type

Under my Import Field Selection the following fields are selected:
Item Number
Base Price
Discount Markup Quantity 1
Discount Markup Quantity 2

I'm unsure as to why I am getting error stating that Discount Markup Quantity 1 & 2 are required to be 0 if determined by Customer Type.
