I had the following error message when I was trying to print check reconciliation in Payables:

Unable to open data file Check Rec Batch Pending @P81BCRT, (1213).

Can someone please help me to fix it?

Do you get the same error if you try and print the report from another workstation?

This is a new company I created in November. Other companies file are ok to run this report. Any clue?

Does it pass the Data Integrity Check? What version of Adagio Payables are you running?

Yes. Data integrity check is passed. We are using Payables version 8.1C.

Can you print any other reports off this workstation? Go into the Reports Menu and Print Preview each report.
