I'm thinking there has to be something wrong with the program since the upgrade. When I try importing as an Excel file I get this error, "Unable to access record in Option Fields Det Options". This record is in use by [symbols] in window [symbols]". And why might it be looking at Option Fields Det Options??

I can only import 10 records at a time. It works on 10 but not 20. But if you import 1 to 10 or 11 to 20 by themselves it works. I will be the rest of my life trying to import over 4600 items. 8(

Search the forum using +pick +seq +import. It should bring up a topic dealing with O/E that gives your exact error message.

The below is also one of the items and it deals with picking sequence by location (which changes a little in the new version).

As an idea, I think what you are missing is the 'Location'. I think the newest Inventory 101104 uses a default location for inventory items.

I just exported 15,000 items to a CSV file (2 columns = Item #, Pick Seq), edited it to change some Picking Sequences and successfully imported it back in.

What version do you have installed? There's a Hot Fix dated Dec 24, 2010. It refers to solving an import problem with record-locking. Your Adagio reseller would be able to deliver that to you.

The message about the new item in the error log is normal. It just indicates that the process found a new item but skipped it since you have chosen to not import new items.
