We use Order Entry v8.1A (080326), Receivables v8.1A (070920), Inventory v8.1A (070825). On Monday April 21, while trying to generate an invoice in Order Entry we could not find the customer number to generate the invoice. When the customer number was entered the following message came up "Please enter a valid customer code" On checking Receivables I realised that a number of customer numbers were missing. I ran an integrity check on both Receivables and Order entry and found 243 errors in Receivables (A/R Customers Extension 92 errors, A/R Customers 151 errors, A/R Transactions 1 error) and 5 errors in Order Entry (O/E Sales Order Header Extension 2 errors, O/E Sales Order Detail 3 errors). All this happened late in the afternoon after we had been using Order Entry and Receivables of most of the day. I repaired the data and was able to us both programs on Tuesday April 22.

On Wednesday April 23, the exact problem re-occured late in the afternoon. There were 100 errors in Receivables (A/R Customers 86 errors, A/R Customers Extensions 14 errors) and over 700 errors in Order Entry. Again I repaired the data and we are able to work today Thursday April 24.

Any assistance would be appreciated in finding out why this is happening.
